Sneha is passionate about the role purposeful business can play in helping to solve important global problems. In her current role leading the LSEG Business Accelerator, Sneha is responsible for creating and scaling new high growth businesses for LSEG in the financial services sector.

Sneha set up the Business Accelerator within Refinitiv in 2020. Prior to this, she was Managing Director of the Global Risk Managed Services business for Refinitiv and Managing Director of Africa for Thomson Reuters. In these roles, Sneha drove significant growth through partnerships with leading international bodies, and developed solutions in close collaboration with public and private sector organisations to help fight illicit financial flows, digitize land rights, develop financial and capital markets and empower women and youth. Over her career, Sneha has also served in business leadership, operational, product development, program management and trading roles over the years.

Outside of work, Sneha loves working with and mentoring entrepreneurs, with a focus on minority groups and emerging markets. She is on the Board of the African Leadership Foundation, which is building alternative education models for the continent. She is also actively involved in several impact-related initiatives at the UN, WEF, Young Presidents Organization and One Young World.

Sneha was born in Kenya, has lived and worked in the US, UK and South Africa, dreams of adventure travel again, and currently lives in the US, in New Jersey.
