Rumisha is the Commercial Director for Mining and Industrial at Gilbarco. Rumisha has written extensively on topics of concern to women in mining and initiated women in mining groups. Her Masters in Business Administration consists of research related to women adding a competitive advantage to the mining sector.
She is also the author of “Women and Work, my journey into “Macho” world”. It outlines her experience of being the only senior female in a mining role. Her love for
strategy and innovation is what sets her apart in the work she does. She is a keynote speaker and engages in discussions related to the development of gender parity. Her ambition is to impact female leadership globally by creating a greater awareness of the value women create to the economy. She is passionate about coaching and helping women reach the next level of their career.
