About Nosihle

A driven, assertive individual devoted to achieving success. She has an ardent interest in Strategy, sustainability, innovation, and unwavering belief in human potential, but particularly that of women. A Wife, Mother of 2 boys and eldest of 3 girls who is amazing cook (Self-proclaimed 😊.  She is a continuous learner and student of life, who strives to make life better for everyone around her. Most importantly God’s biggest groupie and fan.

Initiatives

–Ambassador for the Evolution of women in leadership, an organisation where women leaders are coming together to find solutions and be agents of change for socio economic issues in the KZN area under the Wear Your Brand Banner and there is an annual activity plan with schools and communities.

–Vice chair for the TWIMS Alumni board, an association aimed at making manufacturing “sexy” again in the communities around the manufacturing spaces, helping and raising awareness about skills and fostering networks for the alumni for industry growth and collaboration.

–Founding member for CIRCLE OF HOPE, an organisation run through a church in the township of Kwamakhutha and rural Ezimbokodweni & Adams Mission. We do workshops on youth and older people on making CVs, interview preparation, career counselling to those in high school,

assistance with job searches and skill up readiness for workplace.

–Change Champion @ Toyota SA, Fostering cultural change in the organisation, raising awareness about D&I and implementation of change initiatives.

Personal empowerment Philanthropy work:

-Puts 4 kids at a time from Grade 10 until grade 12 through school (2 girls and 2 boys) from poor families, pay school fees, uniform and books and being emotional support when they have issues.

-Run a school and homework club at work where I made all shop floor leaders go back to school and we help them with their schooling.

-Working with Jabu Fashion design Sponsoring 2 fully paid bursaries to 2 women at a time for a 2-year fashion design course, so they can make own living and be self sufficient.
