With over 18 years of experience in training and change management, Nichola has walked the change journey with individuals, teams and her clients. With every journey, she’s headed down a different path, guiding clients to sustainable, consistent and valuable growth.

Nichola began her career as a SAP trainer in 2003 focusing on SAP Material Management. As she worked her way through SAP implementations, she developed a passion for assisting businesses with the people side of business. Embarking on her own change journey, this passion led her to qualify as a PROSCI certified Change Manager.

Her path as a passionate people person continued when she joined Up-Time consulting as a Change Manager working with blue chip clients across industries including mining, finance, and communications.

While completing her NLP Masters and qualifying as a business and life coach, she assumed more responsibility at Up-Time in the role of Director. In 2021, her role grew further as she took the position of Managing Director. In this position, she focuses on leadership alignment and engaged workforce in organisations.
