Goitse Naomi Mantswe is a seasoned Banker currently working as the Head of Affluent Segments at Absa Bank Botswana since 2017. Before joining Absa, she was the Head of Segment development and Strategy for Priority Banking, Standard Chartered Bank.

Goitse brings significant value thanks to her diverse experience earned over an 18 -year career in Banking, covering Segment development, Portfolio management, customer value management, Branch banking and Product development. She has a proven track record in achieving and exceeding goals, with a focus in the retail Affluent segments. Adept in developing and implementing initiatives to secure new business opportunities while aiding clients in growth and expansion, she is the champion of ecosystem Banking.

Outside of Work Naomi is a fashion designer and a Plus size Model. She runs 2 fashion boutique houses called Majonos which dresses professionals and executives. She is also passionate about hospitality and runs 2 Inns.

In her leisure time she enjoys reading, fashion blogging, traveling, and gardening.
