As Head of HR for Kearney’s South Africa Unit, Nadia partners closely with business leaders to shape a culture of performance, inclusion, and growth. Nadia holds a BCom Honours in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg and has completed the GIBS Nexus Leadership Programme.
