Qualifications: B Com and B Com (Honours) Economics from the University of Pretoria, and a Masters in Economics from the University of Johannesburg.

Molebo has two decades of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking. Her banking experience includes coverage and providing interest rate hedging solutions to the Public Sector at Standard Bank. She subsequently moved to Investec where she obtained structured and leverage finance experience, including aviation finance, servicing some SOC’s, Private Equity and BEE entities and large corporates.

Molebo joined the Nedbank Capital team in 2012, where she originated transactions in the Diversified Industries sector. She subsequently occupied various positions in client coverage including Executive in Public Sector Coverage where she oversaw the Energy and Water portfolios. It is within this role where she was instrumental in developing Nedbank CIB’s water strategy alongside her Investment Banking colleagues. Molebo proceeded to become a Divisional Executive, following the restructure of the client coverage business to become sector focussed before being appointed as the Managing Executive for Client Coverage in August 2021.
