Years of experience: 23 years of experience of which 10 years have been in the Financial Services industry.

Lindiwe Monyae currently leads the Corporate Benefit Business line within the Insurance and Asset Management cluster which is part of the Standard Bank Group. Integral to the cluster, Corporate Benefits aims to address the employers’ people risk and improve their employee value proposition at small, medium and large businesses. The business does this through the provision of solutions such as Umbrella Funds, Group Risk, Consulting and Actuarial Services as well as Value-Added Services.

In addition to her Executive MBA and Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology, she has also studied with INSEAD Singapore and received a certification on Leading an Effective Sales Force in 2019. She is a certified coach, registered with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) through Star Coaching.

She is a mum, wife and avid reader, with a keen interest in people development and coaching.
