As the Global Supply Chain SVP|CPO|CSCO at Nando’s Group Limited based in London. I lead a professional and diverse team of 160 people reaching 27 countries, managing all aspects of procurement, logistics, and development of fresh and ambient branded products for over 1500 restaurants and retailers worldwide. I also oversee our company-owned sauce manufacturing facility and 1000x chili farms in Southern Africa, producing IP products from locally sourced ingredients. I have been recognized as the Supply Chain Executive of the year for my achievements in this role.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in global supply chain management and innovation, I am passionate about developing and nurturing small businesses, growing smallholder farming in Southern Africa, and promoting sustainable, fair, and ethical sourcing and trade. I serve as a board member and advisor for the Global Fund, a $4 billion fund that delivers HIV, TB, and malaria medical supplies to 100 countries in need.

I am also a motivational speaker and a purposeful procurement activist, inspiring and empowering women and communities to pursue their goals and dreams. I believe in doing things with purpose, passion, and impact, and I am always looking for new ways to create value and make a difference.
