Communication, and advocacy is her passion, developed and honed through her 17-year corporate career which has spanned across the Mining, Financial Services, Oil and Gas, and IT industries. Chromatic Consulting is in its 5th year of operation.
She is passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces where employees (especially women and members of the LGBTI+ community) can contribute meaningfully to the development of our economy. She achieves this vision through facilitating dialogue, empowerment and training (skills development) and creating change at the systemic level of corporate entities, so they can drive the changes that advocacy has been evangelising for years. Her Diversity and Inclusion work through Chromatic Consulting, seeks to create networks of change.
She is also the Chairperson of the Board of Kuehne + Nagel South Africa. Kuehne+Nagel is headquartered in Switzerland, with a presence all over the world – a global logistics partner that offers highly specialised solutions for major industries worldwide.
