Deliwe has great experience in navigating the intricacies of Pan African business environments, Driving the People agenda in the ICT, Health and Financial Services sector. She has proven expertise in implementing strategic human resources initiatives to drive organizational success. Deliwe is adept at cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, with a particular focus on advancing women’s inclusion. 

She is currently the Chief Human Capital Officer at Botswana Insurance Company. Deliwe is an alumnus of the University of Botswana and is a member of the HR Society of Botswana and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-USA).
