In 2019 Andrea completed what was believed an impossible challenge; swimming 34km across the English Channel, Cycling 900km across France and then climbing Mt Blanc. All in just 4 days and 20 hours. She has since completed 4 more world record breaking feats, including swimming across shark infested waters in South Africa.

 

Breaking boundaries

Andrea loves pushing her physical and mental boundaries. She believes it is here that she truly finds out who she is and what she is capable of. Her philosophy is everyone can “create their own epic”. Believe in being the best you can be and not comparing yourself to others.

 

Advocate & Speaker

Following major surgery for endometriosis and cervical cancer Andrea uses her platform to advocate for women’s empowerment and raise awareness of menstrual health. Operating in both sport and corporate environments, she has experienced firsthand the impact the taboo surrounding menstrual health can have on the lives of those who menstruate.

 

International women’s day

Andrea’s international women’s day speech will Spotlight her extraordinary life journey, serving As a testament to resilience, determination, and  The belief that everyone can “create their own Epic.”

Known for defying expectations, Andrea achieved The seemingly impossible in 2019 by swimming Across the English Channel, cycling through  France, and conquering mt Blanc in just 4 days And 20 hours. Beyond her impressive athletic Accomplishments, Andrea’s philosophy centers on Personal growth and self-discovery, urging others to be their best without comparison.

Instead, She leverages her platform to advocate for Women’s empowerment and raise awareness about Menstrual health, aiming to dismantle societal Taboos in sports and corporate environments.
