Usha Maharaj is an accomplished coach devoted to empowering women leaders in the workplace. With 16 years of corporate experience, including six as a Director in a renowned Big 4 audit firm, she stepped out of corporate. She founded Usha Maharaj Coaching & Training to drive positive change.

Through her exclusive and intensive group coaching programme, Leadership Evolution Masterclass Series (LEMS), Usha has mentored and guided 135 professional women, equipping them with the mindset and motivation to challenge themselves to reach new heights in the workplace.

Her transformative coaching approach focuses on holistic growth and personal fulfilment, transcending career development as a standalone marker for success. Usha’s passion and ability to inspire are evident in her speaking engagements, coaching sessions, and training.

Recognised for her influential work, Usha was a finalist for the prestigious SAICA Chairman’s Difference Makers Awards in 2022.
