Khuluse is a member of the Council and Chairperson of the Manufacturing Forum Durban Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Khuluse is an advisory Board member of the Ethekwini Maritime Cluster, a social activist, member of the South African Society of Labour Lawyers Association, South African Women in Law and the Black Management Forum. Khuluse is a professional member of Women’s International Shipping and Trade Association.
Noteworthy Achievements:
Khuluse has previously served as a Board member of a JSE-listed entity and was part of the Executive team that secured Global Business resulting in creation of 3500 new jobs for the community of KwaDukuza.
Khuluse was awarded the Imbokodo Women in Maritime Award Best Newcomer making waves in 2022. She was also awarded the Accenture Gender Mainstreaming Awards Finalist as a Positive Role Model and Winner in the Maritime section. Khuluse was a finalist in the CHRO SA of the Year Awards in 2023 and was the leading representative for her Company at the recent Presidential Black Industrialists Awards 2024.

Social & personal life:
Khuluse is a proud mother of three, and she says her family is her biggest motivation. She loves travelling and trying out various culinary delights. Khuluse is raised by a social worker and from a young age has been contributing to social impact projects in her community and within the marine manufacturing industry she has paved the way for women to make their mark in the industry. Khuluse has pioneered numerous skills development initiatives and helped many unemployed youth to secure gainful employment through her wide networks and industry participation efforts.
