I lead the Talent & OE agenda across Sub-Saharan Africa, and I’m passionate about creating spaces where women can grow, lead, and thrive. One of the things I’m most proud of is helping drive 44% female representation at senior management level — it’s a reflection of what’s possible when we’re intentional about inclusion. I also champion the SheMuka Female Mentorship Programme, which was a key factor in our nomination for the Gender Mainstreaming Awards. It’s been amazing to see how mentorship can unlock confidence and career growth. I’m here to connect, learn, and share with others who are just as committed to building workplaces where everyone can rise.
