- Sarah manages a portfolio of listed South African Headquartered Multinationals and African Regional Treasury Offices, as Global Account Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, Johannesburg Branch. She is responsible supporting group CFOs and Treasurers in receiving the most appropriate financing and risk management solutions across Standard Chartered’s global presence markets
- Prior to her current role she was based in New York supporting North American clients for public bond issuances with the Corporate Finance team at Standard Chartered New York
- Before joining Standard Chartered, Sarah worked at Merrill Lynch Chicago in Private Banking providing asset allocation and investment alternatives to high net worth individuals, families, and endowment funds
- Sarah grew up and lived in Tokyo Japan, and holds a BSc from Northwestern University in Illinois
- Sarah is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and serves as the Chairwoman of the Standard Chartered South Africa’s Diversity & Inclusion (“D&I”) Council
- In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, having recently welcomed their first child to the family during COVID-19 Level 5 lockdown in April 2020
