My extensive years of experience cut across the Financial Services, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, and Healthcare sectors.

I’m passionate about learning and sharing, bridging gaps, and connecting opportunities for Career Professionals, and I do this through The Talent Builder Initiative. I write, teach, train, and speak at several platforms for Career and Business Professionals, and offer Leadership and Career Development Coaching to individuals within diverse Professions who want to unlock their Leadership capabilities and transform their careers to the next level of greatness.

I founded the HR Talent Hub NG, a one-stop HR Consulting firm and digital platform that offers HR Training and Consulting services for Organizations and Businesses, as well as Career Development products and services for aspiring and active HR Professionals across all career levels.

I sit on the Advisory boards of reputable organizations such as the Financial Institutions Training Centre; FITC (A Central Bank of Nigeria owned entity) as a member of the Advisory Board for the annual Employee Engagement and Experience Conference. I also sit on the Board of The Iconic Brand Africa (TIBA), where I serve as Chairperson of the Advisory Board.

I was recently recognized among the Top 100 Career Women in Africa for 2024 by 9to5 Chick. I have also received numerous recognitions such as the Top 300 Global HR Leaders by People Hum in 2022, Top 100 career women in Nigeria, Top 10 HR Influencers in Lagos, by LinkedIn Local Bootcon, and Iconic Professional of the year 2022 by The Iconic Brand Awards, to mention a few.

A certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) with the Human Resources Certification Institute, (HRCI) USA; a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with the Society for Human Resources Management, USA, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
