Her journey began in 2001 as a learner in Retail Banking, where she immersed herself in various facets of the business, steadily building a foundation of deep operational and strategic expertise. Over the years, Nozi has held pivotal roles across Retail and Commercial Banking, including Regional Manager for Nedbank Community Banking, Head of Non-Resident and Embassy Banking, Provincial General Manager for RBB Gauteng-East, Executive for Risk, Compliance and Operations, and Managing Executive for RBB Operations. In 2024, she was appointed Managing Executive of Nedbank Retail and Business Banking Client Debt Management and Recoveries, where she led with precision and purpose.
Following a strategic business restructure in 2025, Nozi assumed her current role as Managing Executive: Personal and Private Banking – Operations, Collections and Recoveries. In this capacity, she leads the end-to-end client journey, spanning across onboarding, servicing, collections, and recoveries, driving operational excellence and client-centric innovation. Nozi’s career is a testament to her resilience, strategic acumen, and unwavering commitment to shaping the future of banking.
