Mandisa is a seasoned, purposeful marketer with 15 years of experience in the ICT sector, underpinned by over 15 years of non-government organisational, public relations, telecommunications marketing, and communications management experience.

Mandisa recently ventured into the entrepreneurial world, and established Attollo Consult (Pty) Ltd. Attollo Consult is a Level 1 B-BBEE marketing and communications boutique consultancy. The name “Attollo” is a Latin word which means “to lift up” or “to raise” or “to elevate” or “to sustain.” The consultancy aims to lift its clients’ brands and communication to new heights, by providing them with the guidance and expertise needed to succeed in their respective industries.

Over the years, Mandisa has worked with renowned companies such as BCX, Dimension Data, and Accenture, where she played pivotal roles in shaping their marketing strategies and positioning them for success. She was the Chief Marketing Officer at BCX for five years.

Before joining BCX, Mandisa was General Manager of Enterprise Marketing at MTN Business, had served as Marketing and Communications Director of Accenture South Africa, and held positions at Dimension Data and Nokia, both in South Africa and in Helsinki, Finland.

Mandisa holds a BA Degree in international relations and industrial sociology from the University of Witwatersrand, and she was awarded the Nelson Mandela Scholarship to study for an MBA on a full-time basis at the Warwick Business School, at the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.

2022 and 2023 were good years for Mandisa, because she was selected as one of the Global Top 100 Marketing Leaders in Technology for the 2022 and 2023 Awards by HotTopics and she was also recognised as one of Africa’s Most Inspirational Women in Leadership by the House of Rose Break the Ceiling Touch the Sky 2022 and 2023.

Mandisa’s expertise is in elevating and differentiating brands from its competitors, driving brand positioning, to ultimately contribute to revenue growth. She is an innovative change-maker using the power of brand positioning and digital tools. Mandisa is passionate about youth and women development and making an impactful difference.
