She is the creator of the Inside-Out Model®, a change model which empowers organisations and individuals to unlock their potential and transform growth opportunities into meaningful, lasting change.

In addition to her professional achievements, Lamiaa is deeply committed to philanthropy. She serves as Treasurer and Board Member for Resonate Workshops, a non-profit dedicated to empowering women and girls in Africa to shape their own communities.

With over a decade of experience as a Director at the largest Private Equity Fund in Europe, Lamiaa now channels her expertise into angel investing, passionately supporting mission-driven women founders in realising their visions.

Lamiaa is an alumna of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was honoured as a Robert Joss Scholar. She also holds two Master’s degrees in finance from Paris-Dauphine University.

She is a TEDx Speaker ‘What your body knows and mind ignores’, a regular guest speaker at Stanford Business School and at global conferences around women empowerment, leadership, innovation and business strategy.
