I possess a deep passion for South Africa, Sub Saharan Africa, development and transformation. My main passion is developing people/ communities to reach their full potential.
I’m currently employed as The Executive Head of Corporate Citizenship and Inclusion and Diversity at Accenture overseeing the portfolio across Africa (Reporting to the CEO: Africa). In this portfolio I’m responsible for strategic management and implementation of the company’s Transformation, Inclusion and Diversity, Corporate Social Investment and Stakeholder Engagement including implementing all initiatives for these programmes. I’m particularly passionate about the role technology plays in bridging our developmental gaps. I have led teams in the Design and Scale of Digital and Blended Learning Programmes to improve employment and entrepreneurship outcomes

Prior to joining Accenture, I was the Group Corporate Social Investment (CSI) Manager at MMI Holdings. MMI Holdings was born out the Merger of two large Financial Services companies, Momentum and Metropolitan. I spearheaded the formalisation and successful integration of the CSI activities at MMI Holdings in line with the company’s strategic intent, and relevant legislation including the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) Act, the Codes of Good Practice and the Financial Sector Codes.
