Hentus Honiball is currently a Partner with Kearney Africa and Middle East business unit. In his current position he is responsible for Strategy and Operations across the region. Some of the primary services offered include strategy formulation, defining of execution strategies, enterprise architecture, demutualization’s, banking license applications, enabling of operating models and transformation structuring.
Hentus spent three years in the Middle East working with clients in UAE, Jordan, Kuwait, and Egypt. He worked with banks in the following African countries Kenya, Zambia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Swaziland, the primary focus of projects was on strategy, operations, compliance and IT.
Hentus has extensive experience within the Financial Services industry. Over the last 10 years he was responsible for multiple Banking License Applications in various African countries as well as Demutualization’s. He was involved in starting up new banks as well as acquiring banks. His Financial Services transformational experience is focused on business models, operating models, governance structures, compliance, finance, back office processing and ERP systems.
