Colleen Carr is an accomplished HR leader with a strong track record in transformational leadership and change management. As Chief People Officer at Spur Corporation, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation is future-ready, while fostering meaningful impact for employees. Driven by the Purpose of Leading for the Greater Good Colleen has championed initiatives that has had meaningful impact to our employees, their families and the communities we serve.

Her career spans senior HR leadership roles across several prominent companies in SA and Globally.

Colleen’s expertise extends across change leadership, employee wellness, transformation initiatives, and culture development. She is a passionate advocate for creating an Employee Experience that allows our employees to grow and thrive, where everyone has a seat at our Spur Corp table.

Colleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of the Western Cape and an Associate’s Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town, Post Grad qualification in Labour Law for UCT, alongside other qualifications.
