Busi has vast experience in governance, auditing(internal & external), emerging risk, digital transformation, technology, cybersecurity & data privacy. She has worked across multiple industries/sectors locally, in the continent and abroad helping clients understand, manage, improve and implement strategies in addressing risks introduced by digital transformation from cyber, data, people, process, AI and more. As a qualified CA, she is able to apply a financial and business lens in helping client & organisations navigate these risks. Busi has held numerous roles whilst at pwc – from Chairing the local board, leading the Africa cyber & data privacy business to being the partner in charge of the staff led CSR program. I currently serve on a number of Boards, facilitate and program direct at Henley and consult to a number of clients in different industries. She has deep experience in:
