Beverley joined BAT Group in 1996 from the Pharmaceutical industry and has held various senior roles, including Area Director Swiss Cluster which is her immediate former role, Marketing Director BAT Nigeria, General Manager BAT Egypt, Area Director for BAT West Africa Area and Head of Human Resources for BAT Eastern Europe, Africa and Middle East Region.

Beverley joined BAT Group in 1996 from the Pharmaceutical industry and has held various senior roles, including Area Director Swiss Cluster which is her immediate former role, Marketing Director BAT Nigeria, General Manager BAT Egypt, Area Director for BAT West Africa Area and Head of Human Resources for BAT Eastern Europe, Africa and Middle East Region.

She joined BAT Kenya in May 2017 in her current role and is responsible for driving overall business strategy for BAT Kenya and oversees BAT operations in East Africa, including the Indian Ocean Islands, the Horn of Africa, Great Lakes and Tanzania. She is an Executive Director on the BAT Kenya Board and Non-Executive Board Member, Kenya Association of Manufacturers.

Beverley has developed a wealth of experience from working with diverse businesses, cultures and environments. She is a business turnaround specialist and an authority within the realm of corporate leadership. This rich toolkit also drives her commitment to shaping the future generation for which she commits a significant
amount of time to mentor upcoming professionals and in support of diverse and inclusive environments.

Beverley is a qualified Oncology Nurse, has a Marketing Diploma from CIM and has invested in Executive Training at both Stanford and IMD.

Bev particularly enjoys playing golf with Iby (husband), Elliott (21) and Harrison (19), encouraging her sons professional rugby careers, practicing interior design and collecting African art. Cooking for friends and family is a pleasure not a chore, as long as there is great wine too!
