With a passion for people and creativity, Alison has specialised in marketing and communications throughout her 20 year career in the financial services industry.

She joined RMB in 2017 after spending 13 years at Standard Bank, where she was previously Head of the Corporate and Investment Banking Marketing and Communications. There she developed a passion for Africa and B2B marketing. In her earlier career, she spent time at Absa Capital where her focus was on building the brand.

As a leader, her passion is growing and building highly effective teams by imparting knowledge and unlocking individual and team potential. She believes in the power of collaboration and using the collective strengths for shared success.

Alison has an Honours Degree in Business Management from the University of Stellenbosch.

When Alison is not hard at work, she is a mom and wife who enjoys family time and friends, travelling, long distance swimming, reading décor magazines, the beach and is learning to play the piano.
