Dr Ntombizodwa Mhangwani is an award-winning marketing executive, board member, leadership expert and global thought leader with extensive experience in strategy, leadership and organisational transformation. She is passionate about developing purpose-driven leaders and creating sustainable impact through innovation, coaching and human development.
She holds a PhD in Leadership and Change and has been selected as a member of the IMAGINE Leaders Global Community for Impact, an exclusive international network of leaders across business, policy and innovation, anchored at the Oxford Experience in the United Kingdom.
Dr Mhangwani is co-author of Shades of Humanity: The Coaching and Leadership Journey, which explores leadership, resilience, coaching and personal transformation. Her work advocates leadership as stewardship, emphasising the lasting influence leaders have in enabling others to grow and succeed.
A Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International, one of the organisation’s highest honours, recognised for her outstanding leadership, service and contribution to community development. As former President of the Rotary Club Sandton, she led initiatives focused on youth development, leadership empowerment and community upliftment.
