Lisa Walters is a People Leader for Refinitiv, an LSEG business. She is co-chair of the Refinitiv Women Network Africa, a Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador for the Africa Region and a part of Refinitiv’ s Wellbeing & Recognition team.

 Her experience as a leader includes being part of the Africa School for Youth Leadership and a Community Counselling Team, accompanying communities across the region to uncover their own solutions around healing and wholeness. She is an outstanding advocate for leadership, kindness, care and authenticity, and excels at mentoring women into leadership, expansion and growth.
