Liesl is an innovator and activator. Her passion for building business & creating sustainable change inspired her to create Trib3L, a niche leadership consultancy aimed at bringing leaders insights from a different angle to enable the creation of business solutions for growth.

As Board member and start-up mentor she is able to deliver on her passion for innovation as a driver for success. Prior to moving to Belgium and founding Trib3L, she was the Head of Rand Merchant Bank’s FOUNDeRY – the Investment Bank’s disruptive technology initiative focusing on cutting edge innovation.

Liesl believes that innovation excellence requires focus, a deep belief in possibility and the creation of a culture that allows the genius of each individual to be activated within the collective. She also led RMB’s award winning gender transformation initiative where she shared her passion for women in the workplace.

A CA(SA) by training, her career began in finance & consulting before she discovered her love of banking and innovation in London.
In her spare time she is a mom of a teenager, reads anything she can, travels as much as possible and occasionally makes jam.
