Topic: Break the stigma – Talking about women’s health, men’s health and mental health in the workplace looking at:
- the key differences between men and women when it comes to mental health
- why we need to be aware of these differences in the workplace and adopt a gendered approach to employee wellbeing
- the disproportionate impact of Covid-19 on women’s mental health and what employers can do to help
Clare-Louise is an award nominated Business Psychologist (MSc) specialising in women’s health and founder of See Her Thrive and Luna Hub. Clare-Louise has served as Board Director at the International Association for Premenstrual Disorders (IAPMD) and is an affiliate member of The Association for Business Psychology, British Psychological Society and CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). She’s also an examiner for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
In 2019, Clare-Louise was selected to be part of a Government Taskforce to address menstrual stigma and education in the UK. She also teaches Women’s Mental Health at King’s College London and is an ESRC PhD candidate working in collaboration with the NHS and Ministry of Defence.
