Moushmi brings over 14 years of investment-related experience and more than 18 years in financial services. Moushmi is a co-founder of Sanari Capital, a Private Equity firm focus on founder run, owner manager and family-owned business, with a focus on building businesses that are Sustainable, Scalable and Saleable.

Before joining Sanari Capital, she worked in the Investment Banking division at Rand Merchant Bank (RMB), where she was involved in several high profile leverage finance transactions primarily in the Tech, Media and Telecoms (TMT) space. Moushmi has extensive private equity, debt and structuring experience along with an understanding of the inner workings of businesses forged from her early experience at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, both locally and in the USA.

Moushmi has a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is a Chartered Accountant and member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. She has an MBA from Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria and is an alumnus of Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
