Currently the Chief Executive Officer of RCL FOODS, based in Durban, South Africa. I am a qualified CA(SA), and began my career as an auditor before joining Rainbow Chicken Limited in 2004 as Group Financial Manager. In my seventeen years with the company I have gained extensive experience in commercial, supply chain and operational directorship roles across the business, culminating in my current position.

I am passionate about people and business, I strive to inspire meaningful, sustainable growth in both. As a leader, I aim to drive diversity in my teams and love working with people to unlock their potential, thereby supporting the ever-changing market it operates in. At a business level I embrace ‘seeing and doing things differently’ as a key growth enabler, and I am in my element when engaged in business conversations around strategy, performance and making a real difference.

Outside of work, I am a passionate sports enthusiast and I love every facet of the outdoors and sporting world.
