8 March 2023 – Gender Intelligence International Women’s Day event

Event

International Women’s Day event

About the event

Gender intelligence is about understanding, recognizing, and valuing the differences between men and women. As men and women come to understand each other’s ways of thinking and acting, they step up to a new and powerful level of conversation. Gender intelligence isn’t ignoring or merely tolerating differences—it’s celebrating them, embracing them, and understanding how to harness them to improve productivity, innovation, decision making and growth. Organisations that practice gender intelligence sustain a culture of inclusiveness and growth in their global competitiveness. They secure and retain the best talent, make better strategic decisions, produce more relevant products and services that mirror the market, and, as a result, achieve superior financial results.

Gender diversity is adding more of the opposite gender. Gender intelligence is knowing how to work better with people of the opposite gender.
