Workplace abuse. What it is, what are the South African stats and how do we build a safer environment for us all
We invite you to join Kearney and Business Engage to the Connected Workplace – “Embracing Diversity: Building an Inclusive Workplace for People of all abilities.” The morning promises to be an interactive discussion that brings together panel participant stories and lived experiences with thought leadership.
We will weave together Kearney’s internal journey to commit to and work towards its own Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion priorities, describing formal governance and enabling foundations as well as the Networks that have shaped connection, collective ownership, and participation from our identity groups, from our oldest – Women’s Network – to our youngest – enAble.
We will share learnings, perspectives, and considerations working internally and with our government partners, clients, and community NGOs about how organisations might refresh their strategies, formalise their DEI commitments, and embed the building blocks necessary to make tangible progress and accelerate outcomes towards their DEI visions.
