“My life’s journey has not been a linear path, I have been an aspiring beauty queen, an academic, a strategy specialist, a fashion designer, a fitness instructor, a nutrition enthusiast, a corporate event designer, an MC, a facilitator, a marathon runner and I have added to that a yoga teacher.

All these roles I played and things I have done have led me to this point in my life’s journey. I consider myself a Lifestyle Fitness Strategist. I draw from all my experiences to help people access inner peace and joy through meditation, breathing and movement.”
