Incite co-founder and director, Nicola Robins has 25 years of sustainability advisory experience and 15 years as a systemic coach. She has worked with leaders and teams in businesses, foundations and civil society organisations in 15 countries, primarily in emerging markets. She holds formal certifications in Shared Value (UK, 2013), organisational constellations (SA, 2011), traditional process facilitation (Botswana, 2002) and has a Masters in Industrial Ecology from Yale University (USA, 1994). She is an Associate of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and visiting lecturer at the UCT’s Graduate School of Business and Trinity Business College, Dublin. Nicola’s studies in complexity and individual-group dynamics, help her bridge insights from indigenous African and wilderness practices, where relevant. An aspiring free-diver, she lives a short walk from the edge of the Great African Seaforest.
