Kele Boakgomo is the Co-Founder and CEO of Yugrow, a behavioural change platform designed to systematically fast-track gender equality in the workplace.
Passionate about how technology can be applied to address societal challenges and be used for good, Kele leverages behavioural science through Yugrow to support women by recognising their individuality and differing needs to thrive in leadership.

As a former Managing Director at Accenture, she led Innovation Services, building the business through her love for technology and desire to create scalable solutions.

Kele partners with organisations to drive measurable outcomes using data on the Yugrow platform that tracks the behavioural changes of women on the platform. She leverages her expertise in behavioural science to build inclusive workplaces, focused on how to accelerate meaningful progress.

Kele also serves as a Board Member for TymeBank and Chairs the IT, Data and Analytics Committee. TymeBank is an exclusively digital bank based in South Africa and expanding across markets, aimed at driving financial inclusion.
