My experience spans more than three decades as a strategic Human Resources Director in building Human Capital with a proven track record in culture and change management, organizational design and performance enhancement, the full range of generalist HR functions gained in a variety of industries including mining, healthcare, financial services, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical and FMCG, electricity supply and research internationally including in South Africa, Australia, Peru, Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, U.S.A., U.K., Germany, Belgium, Hong Kong and a number of African countries.
