Florence Musengi an MBA graduate, seasoned Communications and Reputation Management strategist working with diverse industries and teams to drive reputation. She is a Chartered Public Relations Practitioner, Certified Executive and Professional Coach, Convener of “You’re Worth It” Women Empowerment Masterclasses, Co-Founder and CEO of FIMM Tech an engineering services company that focuses in engineering consulting and project management amongst others. She is the past Chairperson of the Aerospace & Maritime Defence Industry Association (AMD). Previously she has held high level positions including Chief Executive Officer Paramount South Africa, Head of Communications and Public Affairs and later Vice President of SAABAB, Executive Director of Reutech Group.

She has worked in other various institutions and organizations encapsulating Universities, and the United Nations.

As a certified Executive and Professional Coach with Talent Development as key focus–she work with individuals(usually executives, but often high-potential employees) to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board as part of on-boarding and career progression. She owns WAYAM Communications Consulting and Wayam Travel a boutique travel agent respectively. Her Leadership Empowerment Book titled “Woman At The Top” inspires the reader to reach the top of one’s goals no matter the odds!
