Leading the Technology business in Accenture South Africa, Edna Eason brings over 30 years of consulting experience, working extensively with large organisations across both the public and private sectors. She has spearheaded the delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives, managing teams of more than 100 professionals to help clients modernise their front and back-office operations. Her expertise spans the financial and other services industries, mining, energy, healthcare, and public services at all three tiers of government.

Throughout her career, Edna has held various leadership roles, including CAL, Sales Lead, Delivery Lead, QAD, Quality Lead, and Operations Lead, demonstrating a diverse skill set and strategic vision in driving technological and operational excellence. She has a keen interest in mentoring the next generation of talent and is the Alumni lead for Accenture South Africa. Her passion is in making a difference!
