Aurelia Albert is the founder and CEO for Innovate Durban , an entity set up to support and promote innovation in Durban. Her background is in economics and innovation management. Her previous work involved being the Programme Manager for Innovation at the eThekwini Municipality. Her passion lies in innovation management, social development and design thinking. In 2017, Aurelia was awarded the SARIMA award for Early Career Excellence in Innovation Management.
She has a love for Durban and a passion for positive change within the city.
