Abi has a passion for people topics, and a mission to explore the dynamics between people and their work contexts and how best to shape and improve them. Her career started in management consulting, working with clients in public and private sector across industries (including mining, retail and healthcare). More recently she shifted from being an Engagement Manager in Kearney’s Leadership, Change and Organization Practice to leading the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion portfolio for Kearney Middle East and Africa. Her work focuses on elevating DEI, strengthening end-to-end the intake, uptake and advancement of Kearney’s people and building the underlying enablers. She earned her Honours at University of Cape Town in Industrial Psychology and Change Management and her MBA from Yale School of Management.
